Are your escape rooms family-friendly?
Yes! All of our rooms are designed to be family-friendly!
Will we be paired with strangers?
Never. Every booking is private. Your room is reserved just for your group.
Can we add more people after we book?
Yes. Additional players are welcome and can pay upon arrival.
What if we need help during the game?
Your game master is there to help guide you and provide hints.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Your entire experience lasts about 70 minutes.
What if we arrive late?
If you will arrive late, please call. Teams arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered
a no-show and will not receive a refund.
Can we reschedule?
Reservations are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
